Yes. We offer free samples shipped to you via UPS ground. Use our products menu to select the products you would like samples for. Add those products to the shopping cart and check-out.
All orders require full payment before shipping. We accept VISA & MASTER CARD credit cards. We also accept checks and wire transfer of payments. Large orders require 50% deposit to process orders, balance due when carpet is ready to ship.
Majority of our carpet orders are shipped “FREIGHT COLLECT”. Customer pays freight carrier at time of delivery. CHM will provide freight estimates to our customers based on quantity of materials being shipped and destination.
CHM does provide carpet base to meet customers needs. Cost of carpet base is determined by quantity of carpet required to make base and the cost to cut and bind edge by the lineal foot. Please contact us and our salesman will calculate cost based on quantity of carpet required and cutting/binding fee based on lineal feet.
CHM does NOT offer carpet installation through our company. However, GCMI does offer referrals of Carpet Mechanics that CHM works with as Sub Contractors. Typically customers requiring carpet installation services please contact us and we will provide you with carpet installation companies we are confident in referring.
